Coffee is a consumable, so returns work a little differently — but we're always fair about it.
When we can help
If something's gone wrong, we've got you. We'll happily help if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order arrived damaged
- There's a genuine quality issue
Just let us know within 5 days of receiving your order so we can sort it quickly.
When we can't
- Change of mind
- Coffee that's "not my thing"
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping once they've been sent
We do our best to describe our coffees clearly so you know what you're getting before you hit "buy".

- Photos if anything arrived damaged
