Good coffee shouldn't get lost on the way to you. Here's how we get it from us to your cup.
Where we ship
- New Zealand-wide
- Australia
- Internationally upon request. We'll get you a quote for shipping to your destination. Just get in touch with your order here.
New Zealand shipping (quick heads-up)
We ship with NZ Post and CourierPost, and rates depend on:
- North or South Island, and
- Whether your address is Urban or Rural
Please choose the right delivery type at checkout
When you place your order, you'll need to select Urban or Rural delivery based on your address.
If the wrong option is selected:
- Your order may be paused
- We'll get in touch to sort the correct shipping before sending it out
We promise we're not being picky — rural delivery costs more, and this helps us get your coffee to you smoothly (and on time).
If you're unsure which one applies to you, it's totally okay to check or flick us a message first.
New Zealand shipping rates
North Island
- Urban delivery: $6
- Rural delivery: $10
- Free shipping on orders over $100
South Island
- Urban delivery: $8
- Rural delivery: $12
- Free shipping on orders over $100
Shipping is calculated at checkout once the correct delivery type is selected.
Dispatch times
- Orders placed before midday usually ship the same day
- Orders placed later ship the next business day
- We don't dispatch Friday afternoons, weekends, or public holidays
Coffee is roasted and packed fresh, not rushed.

Yes — we ship across the ditch.

Pick-up location: Max Coffee roastery / espresso bar
Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:30pm
- Friday: 7:30am–12pm
- Closed weekends and public holidays
We'll let you know when your order's ready to collect.
Subscriptions & shipping
- Subscriptions for sizes 500g and above currently ship free
- You choose how often your coffee turns up
- Orders are sent automatically based on that schedule
If anything about subscription shipping changes down the track, we'll always give you a heads-up first.
